Wishbone, the newest concept from Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD. We are building our opening team to deliver a best-in-class guest and crew experience and to uphold top bar standards.

We seek an Assistant Bar Manager with premium-venue experience, cocktails, beer and spirits knowledge, stock control, and a valid RSA. Weekend and holiday availability is essential to support opening and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Bar Manager in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits.
• Experience with ordering and stocktake.
• Exceptional service skills and guest focused.
• Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods.
• Proven ability in building effective relationships.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation.
• Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
• Must possess a valid RSA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations to ensure high standards of service.
• Lead and support front-of-house and bar crew during service periods.
• Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Support opening and closing shifts as required.
