Sheraton is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead a busy F&B venue in central Sydney. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and act as the main liaison for clients and teams in the Food & Beverage department.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• Experience in a managerial role in F&B.
• Must have working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power in managing a venue in the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Ensure service excellence through each customer experience
• Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
• Ensure the venue is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
• Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
