Jackalope Hotels in Victoria's Mornington Peninsula seeks an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to lead Flaggerdoot’s service, mentor the team and uphold the highest hospitality standards, delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will oversee daily bar operations, assist with stock ordering and cost control, drive training, and ensure RSA compliance while showcasing creative cocktails and educating guests about our estate-procured spirits and local producers.

Qualifications

• Confident hospitality professional with experience in high-end venues.
• Previous bar supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and contemporary bar techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedAssistant Bar Managerto support the leadership of Flaggerdoot and help deliver an exceptional, world-class guest experience.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• A genuine passion for guest experience and attention to detail
