You will oversee daily bar operations, assist with stock ordering and cost control, drive training, and ensure RSA compliance while showcasing creative cocktails and educating guests about our estate-procured spirits and local producers.

Qualifications

• Confident hospitality professional with experience in high-end venues.
• Previous bar supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and contemporary bar techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.
• Support daily bar operations and service execution.
• Assist with stock ordering, inventory management and cost control.
• Manage guest requests and resolve service issues promptly.
