The All Nations Group Ltd (Cabramatta, NSW) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage Support at Home invoicing and NDIS claims. You will process invoicing, allocate payments across Visual Care, Xero and client statements, and generate weekly aged debt reports.

This role supports operations to resolve billing issues promptly and ensures accurate month-end documentation. With 2+ years in accounts receivable, solid Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables) skills, and a meticulous, calm approach

Formación

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficient in Xero and Excel with advanced functions (XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Detail-focused and able to meet deadlines in a busy finance team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and upload Support at Home claims and reconcile with payments.
• Process Services Australia remittances and allocate payments in CRM, Xero and client statements.
• Issue invoices, credit notes and monthly plan-managed statements.
• Follow up outstanding debts and generate weekly aged debtor reports.
• Resolve rejected claims and billing queries with care and operations teams.
• Assist with month-end, year-end and audit documentation.
