Job summary

Anglicare Central Queensland in Rockhampton is seeking a Coordinator: Assets and Property to lead and coordinate property management and maintenance across AnglicareCQ's portfolio. The role ensures safe, compliant, and well‑maintained properties while implementing strategic plans.

Qualifications

Qualifications in building/property management (or related discipline).
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team in a similar field.

Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of property management services in line with relevant standards and legislation.
Lead the development and implementation of the Property Management Master Plan and annual maintenance plans.
Oversee bi-annual property condition reports, site inspections, investigations, and testing activities.
Provide oversight and advice on best‑practice emergency, planned, and responsive maintenance.
Negotiate and manage head leasing and leasing arrangements, liaise with lessors and property owners.
