Job summary

Blayney Shire Council is seeking two Asset Systems Officers to support the continuous improvement of our asset management function. You will maintain asset information and systems, assist in asset planning and lifecycle management, and turn data into actionable financial and operational insights.

The role requires engineering/asset management understanding, comfort with budgets and forecasting, and strong systems capability (Excel, GIS).

Qualifications

• Understanding of engineering, infrastructure or asset management.
• Confident with budgets, forecasting, data and reconciliations.
• Strong systems, Excel, GIS or asset management system capability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Council's asset information and systems.
• Support asset planning and lifecycle management.
• Turn asset data into useful financial and operational information.
