Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Management Consultant in Australia to shape customer and industry-led transformation programs for retail, consumer goods or travel clients. You will advise on strategy, operating models and enterprise architecture, guiding senior stakeholders across complex initiatives.

You will translate strategic objectives into structured programs, drive outcomes with cross-functional teams, and foster growth through insights and robust delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience with top consulting firms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• 3–5 years (Consultant), 6–9 years (Manager), 10–15 years (Senior Manager) of consulting, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or industry advisory experience.
• Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles with exposure to retail, consumer goods, or travel industry clients.
• Ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and translate insights into actionable transformation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams across growth, customer experience, commercial effectiveness, operations and transformation execution.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured initiatives and roadmaps for retail, consumer goods and travel organizations.
• Assess current-state models, processes and capabilities to identify gaps and priorities for transformation.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to align issues, define options, and support decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Develop clear deliverables including assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, business cases and executive presentations.
• Support opportunity development and client account growth through industry insights and strategic sales discussions.
• Coach and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality work and cultivate a strong team culture.
