Job summary

Council is seeking a Manager Asset Management to shape how it plans, sustains and renews infrastructure and community assets across the long term. Reporting to the Director Corporate Sustainability, you will lead policy, planning and systems maturity to ensure assets are fit for purpose and financially sustainable.

You will work with Finance, Infrastructure and executive leaders to translate asset insights into investment priorities, build a capable team and drive continuous improvement in asset

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Asset Management.
• Proven strategic asset management experience.
• Strong lifecycle planning, financial modelling and risk management.
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of asset management strategy, policy and plans.
• Oversee asset data quality, systems and reporting.
• Provide lifecycle, renewal and disposal advice aligned with LTFP.
• Lead continuous improvement, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
