Perth Airport seeks an experienced Asset Management Lead to drive the maturity of its asset management practices. Based in Western Australia and reporting to the General Manager - Infrastructure & Assets, you will influence a wide range of stakeholders to embed governance, data, and lifecycle thinking across the organisation.

You will translate strategy into practical tools, plans and decision-making processes, coordinating across operations, technical and corporate teams to improve asset

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management, infrastructure or related field.
• Experience leading asset management improvement or framework implementation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead asset management improvement initiatives across framework, governance, information, capability and reporting.
• Translate policies into practical objectives, asset class strategies, and decision tools.
• Steward Asset Management Framework and align with lifecycle planning and investment priorities.
• Support asset owners to make cross‑functional, evidence‑informed decisions on investments and renewal.
• Facilitate maintenance and lifecycle strategy development based on service requirements and risk.
• Coordinate portfolio reporting highlighting asset risks, performance, and governance needs.
