Boral Limited is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead maintenance planning and asset performance across its South Australia Concrete & Quarries business. You will drive asset reliability, improve equipment performance and support lifecycle planning across multiple sites, delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

You will influence asset management practices, partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of Australia’s leading construction materials

Formación

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in asset management, project management, maintenance, reliability or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning.
• Experience within quarrying, mining, manufacturing, concrete, construction materials or a similar heavy industry environment.

Your next opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead maintenance planning and asset performance across Boral's South Australia Concrete & Quarries business. Working closely with operations and maintenance teams, you'll

drive asset reliability, improve equipment performance and support long-term asset lifecycle planning across multiple sites. This is a key role focused on optimising maintenance strategies, reducing downtime and delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes across a diverse portfolio of assets. You'll have the opportunity to influence asset management practices, partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading construction materials businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and delivering minor capital projects across the concrete and quarry business in South Australia.

Your day will involve:
