FinXL Professional Services Pty is seeking two Services Desk Analyst / Associate Desktop Support Officers to provide operational support for site setups, asset management, and logistics activities in Canberra. Working under general supervision, you will ensure assets are correctly assigned, deployed, and tracked throughout their lifecycle.

You'll coordinate asset receipt, labelling, storage and deployment across multiple locations, support ICT troubleshooting for end-user equipment, and travel

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, logistics, warehousing, or ICT support.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset records and use tracking systems.
• Team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for national activities and events.

Responsabilités

• Support Logistics Manager by coordinating asset management and logistics activities.
• Manage receipt, tracking, labelling, storage, and deployment of ICT equipment.
• Maintain asset registers and conduct stocktakes.
• Assist with warehouse operations, relocations, and shipments for national activities.
• Coordinate intake, triage, and resolution of logistics requests via ServiceNow, email, phone, or liaison.
• Provide basic ICT troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
• Undertake travel to support national activities and major events including ICT setup and recovery.
