Job summary

Interflow in Sydney's western suburbs seeks an Asset Administrator for a 13-month contract based in Girraween. You will support the Fleet team by managing asset creation data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Key duties include processing related invoices and finance administration, raising purchase orders and capex requests, and maintaining databases. You will collaborate with the Asset Creation Manager to plan and track asset creation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet, asset, finance or administrative support roles.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Related invoice and finance administration.
• Raising of purchase orders and capex requests.
• Database and information maintenance, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Asset Creation Manager to build and track asset creation plans.
