Interflow is seeking an Asset Administrator to support our Fleet team for a 13-month term, based in Girraween, Western Sydney. You will manage asset creation data, assist with related invoicing and purchase orders, and maintain accurate records to support ongoing asset programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet, asset, finance or admin support roles.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Related invoice and finance administration.
• Raising of purchase orders and capex requests.
• Database and information maintenance, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with Asset Creation Manager to build and track asset creation plans.
