Job summary

TOM People is assisting a well-established financial services organisation in Sydney to hire a Product Manager for Asset Finance. You will drive product and process improvements across product, operations, technology, risk and compliance, delivering impactful change initiatives.

Role requires 5+ years across product management, analysis or delivery, with strong stakeholder management and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Process Improvement or Project Coordination.
• Demonstrated experience within Financial Services.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping capability.
• Experience working closely with Technology teams and delivery squads.
• Proven ability to manage and influence a diverse stakeholder group.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and process maps.

• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, actions and implementation schedules.

• Develop future-state processes and scalable operating models.
• Maintain product governance documentation and support change assessments.

About the Role

My client, a well-established financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to play a key role in delivering product, process and technology initiatives across their Asset Finance business.

Working across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance, you'll be responsible for driving business improvements, increasing automation, enhancing customer and partner experiences, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst or Product Delivery professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology while influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
