BOQ Group is seeking a seasoned product professional to shape customer-led deposit propositions and acquisition strategies. You will translate the Group Deposits strategy into compelling initiatives, using insights to drive measurable customer value and portfolio growth.

You will analyse performance, pricing, margins and market dynamics, partnering with Distribution, Digital, Marketing, Finance and more to balance customer needs with growth and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, customer acquisition, or portfolio performance in financial services.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations and measure outcomes.
