Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a credit professional to own end-to-end execution of credit submissions and ongoing portfolio management within BOQ Finance. You will shape and structure transactions, assess risk, and ensure submissions align with risk appetite and policy requirements, partnering with Distribution, Credit Risk and internal specialists.

You will drive efficiency, improve submission quality, and uplift team capability by applying pragmatic judgement and strong communication to deliver sound

Qualifications

• Strong capability in credit analysis, deal structuring, and high-quality submissions.
• Confident risk assessment and well-reasoned recommendations.
• Understanding of credit policy and risk frameworks.
