Alstom in Australia seeks a Cleaning and Facilities Manager to lead depot facilities, asset management and cleaning operations across the Nowergup site. You will report to the Project Manager and drive safety, compliance and reliability in a high-visibility role with a team of cleaners and a supervisor.

The role requires proven leadership of facility services, strong EH&S knowledge, and experience using CMMS (SAP PM) for planning and reporting.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience managing both hard and soft facility services within an industrial, maintenance, manufacturing or operational environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, contractors and multiple service providers to achieve operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Environment, Health and Safety legislation, risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience using SAP PM or a similar CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management and reporting.
• Qualification in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Engineering or a related discipline, or a trade qualification with relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Lead management of depot buildings, infrastructure, plant and assets.
• Oversee facility services: security, waste, grounds and contractor services.
• Manage railcar cleaning operations, office and amenities cleaning, graffiti removal and rectifications.
• Lead a team of a Cleaning Supervisor and ~12 Cleaners, fostering safety and high performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors including biohazard cleaning, ensuring quality, safety and compliance.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and record maintenance activities within SAP CMMS and maintain asset history.
• Monitor asset performance and identify corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive EH&S compliance with rail industry standards and environmental obligations.
• Manage contractor performance, service levels and budgets; identify efficiencies.
• Deliver reporting, audits and improvement initiatives to enhance safety and reliability.
