BGIS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day‑to‑day facilities operations at the Perth Airport precinct. You’ll be the first point of contact for the client, coordinating maintenance, soft services, and KPIs across a busy, high‑profile site, reporting to the Regional Services Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience in facilities management, coordinating reactive and preventive maintenance, and proficiency in CMMS and MS Office, with a hands‑on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a facilities management, property, or corporate real estate environment with a focus on soft services.
• Experience coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance and working to KPIs.
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Sound financial understanding, including quoting and invoicing.
• Understanding of QA and WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with high‑profile clients and stakeholders.
• Positive, hands‑on approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High School Certificate or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for the client, business units, and internal teams.
• Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance and track KPIs using the CMMS.
• Manage soft services including cleaning, landscaping, pest control and waste.
• Oversee supplier coordination, quotes and invoicing processes.
• Prepare month-end reporting and maintain accurate records.
• Support WHS, environmental and sustainability initiatives.
