Job summary

Interflow is seeking an Asset Administrator to support the Fleet team in Girraween, Western Sydney, on a 13 month contract. The role focuses on asset creation administration, data accuracy and purchase order management to ensure timely capex requests.

You will handle invoices, maintain databases, and collaborate with the Asset Creation Manager to plan asset creation and tracking, while contributing to a safety-first, values-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar fleet, asset, finance or administrative support role.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Related invoice and finance administration.
• Raising of purchase orders and capex requests.
• Database and information maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, completed appropriately and up to date.
• Working alongside the Asset Creation Manager to build and track asset creation plans.
