Job summary

Programmed Facility Management is seeking an Asset Engineer to join the West Region Delivery Team in Greater Western Sydney. You will monitor asset performance, analyze data, and support KPI reporting to ensure reliability and compliance with design specs on the Sydney Water contract.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business analytics, and performance reporting.
• Experience across the asset lifecycle within utilities or infrastructure is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience with Power BI and asset management systems.
• Familiarity with systems such as Maximo or SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis across end-to-end maintenance delivery, from analysis through to client engagement and outcomes.
• Translate data into clear advice and practical decisions for clients and internal teams.
• Support the Service Delivery team in implementing strategies, processes, and audit programs to enhance asset data capture, tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate across internal and client teams on initiatives including operational readiness, reliability engineering, and productivity improvement.
• Work with the Asset and Performance Manager to track asset performance, develop insights, and support the Integrated Works Program.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, reporting frameworks, and ensure data integrity.
