Job summary

Interflow in Australia is seeking an Asset Administrator for a 13‑month contract in Girraween, Western Sydney. You will support the Fleet team by managing asset creation, ensuring data accuracy and updating records.

Key duties include handling related invoices and finance admin, raising purchase orders and capex requests, maintaining databases, and collaborating with the Asset Creation Manager to track asset creation plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar fleet, asset, finance or administrative support role.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Related invoice and finance administration
• Raising of purchase orders and capex requests
• Database and information maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, completed appropriately and up to date
• Working alongside the Asset Creation Manager to build and track asset creation plans
