• Willingness to learn and develop in a fine dining kitchen.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is desirable.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work hands‑on within the Bommie kitchen, supporting your section across preparation and service.
• You’ll learn techniques, presentation and the attention to detail required in fine dining.
