Austek Roads is seeking experienced asphalt workers for Northside crews in Queensland. As an Asphalt Crew Member, you will support paving operations on vital infrastructure projects, with full-time positions available and competitive casual rates.

Key duties include assisting with setup, operation and maintenance of paving equipment, ensuring safe placement of asphalt, performing manual tasks, and collaborating with the construction team while following health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Asphalt Crew Member required.
• Familiarity with operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipment.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation; HR/MR would be beneficial.
• White Card / Construction Card.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Paver Operators
• Skid Steer Operators.
