Job summary

ATL Asphalt Vic Pty Ltd in Geelong seeks an experienced Asphalt Supervisor or Foreman for a four-week fixed-term contract. You will lead on-site crews, supervise daily paving operations and ensure timely delivery to project specs.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and traffic management; organise labour, plant, equipment and materials; oversee crews to maintain safety and quality. Strong OHS compliance, workmanship standards and problem-solving are essential; council or civil

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asphalt paving and road maintenance.
• Experience as Asphalt Supervisor or Foreman.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OHS requirements and safe work procedures.
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate with councils and civil contractors.

Responsibilities
