Ideal candidates have solid hands-on asphalt experience, the ability to drive a crew, read plans and manage equipment and site setup. Immediate start offered for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Proven hands-on experience in asphalt laying and finishing.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage daily operations.
• Strong understanding of paving operations, levels and compaction.
• Practical, organised approach with a focus on safety and quality.
• Reliability and leadership by example.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate asphalt laying operations on site alongside the crew.
• Organise plant, trucks, equipment and site setup to keep jobs on schedule.
• Supervise asphalt laying, levels, compaction and finished quality.
• Read plans and job scopes to deliver work to specification.
• Ensure safety and productivity while maintaining high workmanship.
• Collaborate with supervisors, clients and the broader team.
