Tuga Pastries Australia is seeking a PASTRY PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER to join our café bakery team across Marrickville, Alexandria, Clovelly and the CBD. This hands-on role covers doughs, custards, fillings and sauces, with weighing, mixing, shaping, proving, baking and packing to deliver our signature pastries.

We offer full-time and casual work with structured training, strict HACCP hygiene, and opportunities to grow into supervisory roles as we expand.

Qualifikationen

• Prior food experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, pastry shop, or food production setup.
• A genuine passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and a hunger to learn.
• High energy, reliability, punctuality, and a strong team‑first attitude.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts within our round the clock operation.
• Valid Australian working rights and current residence in Sydney (no overseas applicants, please).

Aufgaben

• The Prep: Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients for our signature doughs, custards, fillings, and sauces.
• The Craft: Shape, proof, bake, decorate, and pack our complete sweet and savoury ranges.
• The Growth: Receive structured, hands‑on training across multiple kitchen stations from seasoned pastry professionals.
• The Standard: Perform quality checks and maintain strict HACCP hygiene protocols to keep a spotless, safe workspace.
