Qualifications

• Experience in visitor/customer service in the cultural or tourism sector.
• Experience with ticketing/sales and customer service in the cultural or tourism sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage visitors.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform daily reconciliations.
• Weekend and night shift availability.
• Current Working with Children Check.
