Job summary

Sheraton Sydney is seeking a Guest Host at a part-time capacity. You will greet and seat guests, explain the outlet, and guide guests through dining spaces.

You will assist with bookings and enquiries while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and delivering memorable beverage experiences. Qualifications include an up-to-date RSA, relevant experience, working rights in Australia, and a proactive, energetic attitude suitable for a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, whilst explaining the outlet and exceeding their expectations.
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any assistance needed.
• Assist with managing all food and beverage outlet bookings and enquiries whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete beverage experience.
• Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests requirements.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.
