Job summary

OnDeck Capital Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Repayment Solutions Specialist to join the Operations Team in Sydney. You will provide outstanding customer service and support borrowers with repayments, focusing on a customer-centric approach.

In this role you will handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls, educate customers on arrears solutions, assess hardship applications, and maintain accurate CRM notes while meeting regulatory requirements.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take high-volume outbound and inbound calls and maintain a high answer rate.
• Educate customers on arrears solutions and assess hardship applications.
• Address objections and mitigate customer concerns with a respectful approach.
• Maintain diligent records and input interactions into the CRM.
• Build rapport to identify arrears causes and negotiate resolutions.
• Adhere to internal/external policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist teammates with ad hoc duties to achieve team goals.
