Job summary

Downer in Adelaide is seeking an Area Works Supervisor to lead coordinated works and services with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The role reports to the Regional Manager and emphasizes planning, problem-solving and building strong working relationships.

You will work to deliver reliable, well‑managed services for essential operations, with a focus on coordinating activities, monitoring quality, and achieving contractual KPIs while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card is required.
• A qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Property Maintenance or a trade background.
• Experience delivering planned works programs in a similar role or industry.
• Confidence working with outsourced service providers and subcontractors.
• Experience in building, construction or property maintenance environments.

We currently have an opportunity for an Area Works Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in supporting the coordinated delivery of works and services, working closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll contribute to delivering reliable, well‑managed services that support our essential operations.

This role is well suited to people who enjoy planning, problem‑solving and building positive working relationships.

What You’ll Do
