Job summary

Downer is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead multiple construction and refurbishment projects under a Government and Integrated Facilities Management contract. You will report to the Regional Projects Manager and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee design to close-out activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and claims, and maintain strong stakeholder communications across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Construction Management, Property Development or Architecture, or an equivalent trade qualification.
• Extensive experience within the construction and development industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of building contracts, design standards, Building Codes, legislation, WHS and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, InEight or Primavera P6 would be advantageous.

Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a Site Project Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in managing new build and refurbishment projects across a Downer client contract. Reporting to the Regional Projects Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
