4WD Supacentre is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple stores across Queensland. You will coach Store Managers, develop future leaders and drive sales growth while building a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding customer outcomes.

You’ll be energized by developing people, winning together, and delivering commercial results. You’ll work hands-on in stores, partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and People & Culture to execute our strategic priorities.

• Experience leading multiple retail stores with proven sales success.
• Passion for developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Solid knowledge of 12V products and solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn numbers into action.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

• Coach, mentor and develop Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.

• Lead regular store visits, providing hands‑on coaching that improves results.
• Champion our 12V category, ensuring teams have product knowledge and selling capability.
• Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, every time.
• Drive Click & Collect growth through operational excellence and customer engagement.
• Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent with clear career pathways.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and People & Culture to deliver priorities.
