Job summary

Lamilas PTY LTD in Melbourne seeks an Area Manager to lead Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and maintain high operational standards across locations. The role involves regular travel between Melbourne stores and direct responsibility for overall performance, inventory, merchandising and customer experience.

You will coach and develop retail teams, monitor P&L, and ensure consistent standards across all stores while pushing campaigns and service excellence.
