Job summary

Assembly Talent is helping a fast-growing fashion retailer recruit an Area Manager to lead 15 Melbourne-area stores (concession, boutique and outlet). You will report to the National Manager and partner with executive leadership to shape store performance and brand standards.

You will mentor Store Managers, drive sales and budgets, implement marketing initiatives, monitor KPIs, oversee inventory, recruitment, and compliance, and foster a high-engagement culture at the Melbourne Head Office.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
