SPS Facilities is seeking an Area Manager to lead operations across South Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. You will manage sites, build high-performing teams, and develop lasting client relationships in a hands-on leadership capacity.

The role focuses on people leadership, operations excellence, and accountability, with support from the broader Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Administration teams to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

• Oversee cleaning services across multiple commercial sites.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, and workforce planning.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, service delivery, and operational performance.
• Utilise workforce management systems for reporting, scheduling, and timekeeping.
