The role emphasizes delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards, with an expectation to drive improvements and adopt new technologies.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential. You will work within a rostered remote-location environment, coordinating with the construction manager on plans, schedules, and cost

Qualifikationen

• Degree-qualified civil engineer, construction management or equivalent.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects including earthworks, roadworks and rail.

• Provide leadership to site engineers, supervisors and teams on bulk earthworks.
• Oversee on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the earthworks department with senior management.
