About the Role

As Area Manager, you’ll take ownership of your stores, leading your Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional commercial results, elevated customer experiences and consistently strong operational standards.

You’ll be a visible, hands‑on leader who knows how to inspire, coach and challenge your teams, while creating accountability and celebrating success.

This role requires someone who is highly resilient, commercially driven and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll bring energy, a strong work ethic and the ability to identify opportunities quickly and turn them into results.
