Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead an Accredited Exercise Physiologist team in rehab and healthcare. You will drive growth, manage budgets, and ensure clinically-guided patient care while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive clinical experience in personal injury.
• Proven leadership experience (2+ years).
• Strong financial acumen—budgeting and revenue targets.
• People leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who analyses data to spot trends.
• Passionate about delivering quality patient care.

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ample clinical experience in personal injury.
• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role preferably 2+ years.
• Strong financial skills—you know your way around budgets and revenue goals, previous responsibility managing a P&L would be highly regarded.
