Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead an Accredited Exercise Physiologist team in rehab and healthcare. You will drive growth, manage budgets, and ensure clinically-guided patient care while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive clinical experience in personal injury.
Proven leadership experience (2+ years).
Strong financial acumen—budgeting and revenue targets.
People leadership with excellent communication skills.
Strategic thinker who analyses data to spot trends.
Passionate about delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Exercise Physiologists to deliver patient-centred care.
Drive revenue growth and profitability to meet targets.
