Job summary

Spicers Australia in Sydney is looking for a driven sales executive to grow sales and specifications across the NSW architecture and interior design market, with a focus on 3M finishes and glass finishes. You will nurture relationships with architects, interior designers and industry partners while managing an established portfolio and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture/interior design industry.
• Proven success selling to architects/designers.
• Strong track record in brand or product development.
• Ability to grow a sales territory and win new business.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Self-motivated with drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Develop product sales and specifications across the NSW architecture and design market.
• Increase awareness of Spicers and our product portfolio among key industry audiences.
• Manage and grow an established customer base.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities.
• Build a long-term pipeline of current and future architecture and design projects.
• Maintain productive relationships with 3M licensed installers and representatives to ensure customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with External Sales, Internal Sales, Warehouse and Supply teams to share leads, project information and market intelligence.
