Job summary

Ignite invites applications from two Architectural Graduates to join a Sydney-based practice delivering healthcare facilities. You will develop technical and project experience in a collaborative studio, supported by an experienced team and healthcare sector exposure.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of architectural experience, qualifications in Architecture, and strong Revit skills. Training and long-term growth opportunities are provided to help you advance your career within the practice.

Job description

Ignite is partnering with an established architectural practice in Sydney that is expanding its team to support upcoming projects and continued growth.

We are seeking two Architectural Graduates with approximately 2–5 years’ experience who are looking to develop their technical and project experience within a collaborative architectural environment.

You will join an experienced team delivering projects within the healthcare and health facilities sector, gaining exposure to complex and highly regulated environments. Previous healthcare experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential, with training and support available to help you build your sector knowledge.

The priority is finding candidates with strong Revit skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn, develop and grow with the practice over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced architects and project teams, you will:

• Support the design and documentation of architectural projects
• Produce and update drawings and documentation using Revit
• Assist across different stages of project delivery
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers and consultants
• Support project teams with technical documentation and coordination
• Develop your understanding of healthcare architecture and project requirements
