Job summary

Bespoke Careers Brisbane is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders and contribute to high-quality design documentation.

The role suits an architect with a deep healthcare focus, strong AusHFG knowledge, and a collaborative, curious approach to design across diverse project types. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience delivering healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of AusHFG, healthcare planning, spatial relationships and workflows.
• Proficient in Revit and dRofus; visualization tools Enscape/Lumion valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for learning.
• Master of Architecture (or equivalent) and genuine passion for architecture.

Join a collaborative studio where you'll work alongside a Project Director to shape meaningful healthcare environments from concept through to delivery.

You'll lead project coordination, build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders, and contribute to thoughtful, high-quality design documentation. This role is suited to an Architect who is passionate about healthcare design while bringing a genuine curiosity for architecture in all its forms.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Director to lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, stakeholders and the wider project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Represent the practice confidently in client meetings, workshops and presentations.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience with proven expertise delivering healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG), healthcare planning, spatial relationships and operational workflows.
• Proficient in Revit and dRofus, with experience using visualisation tools such as Enscape or Lumion highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation and professional growth.
• Master of Architecture (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for architecture, combining healthcare expertise with broader design curiosity.
