Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Bids & Submissions Manager for an architecture practice in Melbourne. The role focuses on end-to-end submissions, from tenders to grants, driving quality and on-time delivery across multiple projects.

You will coordinate with senior architects and external consultants, maintain the bid library, and refine processes to improve conversion and outcomes while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering bids in architecture, engineering or similar project environments.
• Strong writing, editing and compliance with brand standards and requirements.
• Experience coordinating inputs from directors, teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of submissions from start to finish (tenders, EOIs, grants, fee proposals).
• Write, edit and produce high-quality, on-brand submission documents with deadlines in mind.
• Manage submission schedules, tracking systems and portal lodgements with input from stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve the bid library, CVs, case studies and templates.
• Oversee pipeline tracking, win/loss analysis and feedback to improve outcomes.
