Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in bid coordination or submissions.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a Design-related field.
• Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate bid submissions and related collateral.
• Interpret client briefs to source content for submissions.
• Utilise InDesign and Word templates to produce high-quality submissions.
• Liaise with external subconsultants and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain CRM and marketing resources; ensure brand consistency.
