Job summary

Fairfield City Council is seeking two Aquatic Facility Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of its leisure centres in Fairfield. You will manage plant equipment, ensure water quality standards, supervise pool safety, and deliver first aid and customer service.

The role requires a Pool Lifeguard certificate, First Aid certificate, a current Working with Children Check, and the ability to work a rotating roster including early mornings and evenings.

• Good interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Understanding of EEO and WHS.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Leisure Centres.
• Maintain water quality and safety standards.
• Oversee pool surveillance and security.
• Administer First Aid when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Set up areas for scheduled activities and events.
• Provide frontline customer service.
