Job summary

Onpoint 365 is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support the delivery of a major regulatory reform program across Canberra and Melbourne. You will plan, coordinate and deliver engaging training and capability-building activities to help stakeholders understand new legislation, business processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops or capability development programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience evaluating training outcomes and implementing continuous improvements.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and operational teams.
• Experience supporting regulatory reform, government programs or large-scale organisational change initiatives.
• Experience developing and delivering training relating to new business processes or technology systems.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary training methodologies.

Location: Canberra, ACT and Melbourne, VIC
Duration: 9 months with 2 x 6-month extension opportunities
Hourly rate: $60 - $68 per hour
Clearance: Baseline
