Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional in Australia to design, build and optimise flows and solutions for customer success. The role requires deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, excellent communication and a passion for accessible design.

You will work in an Agile environment, contribute to deployment processes, and translate complex concepts into user-friendly outcomes for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
• Enthusiasm towards continued learning and development.
• Strong customer-focused attitude with proven track record of responsive, effective communication and ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills with understanding of impact on customer experience.
• Experience designing, building and debugging Flows with error handling and optimisation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Experience in designing, building and debugging Flows, including screen, auto launched, and scheduled Flows with knowledge of error handling and optimising Flows will be highly regarded.
• Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments, and exposure and/or hands on experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio.
• Works within an Agile delivery methodology.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
