Job summary

BLACKROC Recruitment is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to support a large Australian Government program. You will design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, with hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components, and manage integrations across enterprise systems.

You will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Salesforce capabilities, work within Agile and DevOps practices, and collaborate with analysts, architects and testers in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience developing Salesforce integrations and working with APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and development best practice.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join a large Australian Government program, supporting the development, enhancement and integration of Salesforce platforms and applications.

This is a hands-on development role working across a complex enterprise environment, with the opportunity to contribute to new functionality as well as the ongoing improvement of existing Salesforce capabilities.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions
• Developing custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configuring Salesforce using standard platform capabilities where appropriate
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Supporting technical design, development, testing and deployment activities
• Investigating and resolving technical issues across the Salesforce platform
• Working with business analysts, architects, testers and other technical specialists
• Contributing to development standards, documentation and continuous improvement
• Working within established Agile delivery and DevOps practices

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce configuration
• Experience developing Salesforce integrations and working with APIs
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and development best practice
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
