Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty in Australia is seeking an experienced software leader to drive Salesforce-centric projects, including OmniScript, DataRaptor and Integration Procedures, while guiding teams and refining development processes.

You will work with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs and Platform Events, embrace DevOps with CI/CD and Git, and champion accessible design across CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software developer leading teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong Salesforce expertise with Vlocity (OmniScript/DataRaptor/Integration Procedures).
• Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components proficiency.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infra, and Git.
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and REST APIs/Platform Events.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Omnistudio, Architect).

• 5+ Salesforce CRM projects delivered using Agile.

Job description

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Ability to obtain / maintain a Baseline clearance.

1. Proven experience as a software developer with a track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects; experience in building team capability, establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.

3. Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

4. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.

5. Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns and building & working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).

6. Possess high level Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain).

2. Have successfully implemented minimum 5+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology.

3. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
